This pic is for Charles Grashow, he has been an admirer for some time, he worries about my weight gain. It was taken last summer, and I was and remain around ten pounds heavier, than my initial weight loss of around 50lbs, when I started low carbing almost six years ago. Could I go back to a 32" waist from my present 34", could I drop the ten pounds or so, no problem at all. Personally, I reckon his time would be better spent helping his obese mentor out, the wonderful Carbsane. Maybe Charlie likes his women big, maybe he likes his men slim, ask me if I care. Eddie
