Cheddar Cheese Straws – Low Carb and Gluten-Free


Eddie and I have been living the Low Carb High Fat lifestyle for eight years now and in that time have adapted and discovered so many great recipe ideas.

Take this one for example - simply delicious low carb cheese straws, which keep Eddie's blood sugar levels low, so important if you are a diabetic - he is a Type 2 diabetic. However, even if you are not diabetic these can help keep your carb intake lower and I'm sure your body will love you for doing that!

It's great to hear you have stuck the low carb plan for 8 years, that is incredible... wow... I am working on changing the food I eat to be the norm as I am not thrilled with yo yo dieting, it's not healthy xox
