One day, whole fresh food from the farm or the sea is going to catch on. This ain't rocket science.

This guy had it right years ago. Eddie

I totally agree . . . whole foods are better, but because of the society that we live in, whole foods are harder to find and more costly than those they fill with preservatives. Larger cities are adding healthier markets, but small towns like where we live are not. It's all big business and a way to line the big man's pockets. I'm blessed to have the room to grow my own vegetables and to grow them right, without the help of sprays and chemicals, but not everyone has the space for that. Does anyone remember Susan Powter with her catchphrase "Stop the Insanity!", she said if you can't pronounce an ingredient in the packaging . . . Do Eat It.

Susan Powter who is she?

I hadn't heard of this lady so courtesy of Wikipedia
"Susan Powter (born 22 December 1957)[1] is an Australian-born American motivational speaker, nutritionist, personal trainer, and author, who rose to fame in the 1990s with her catchphrase "Stop the Insanity!", which was the centerpiece of her weight loss infomercial.

She hosted her own talk show The Susan Powter Show in the 1990s."
