I thought for this post I'd have a play on the letters that make up April, and choose a favourite food from each! So starting with:-

ReplyDeleteI would totallyagree with your choices other than iced tea. To me, that's an example od an oxymoron. I would choose iceberg lettuce.

ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of avocado, raspberry and lemon. I will go with iceberg lettuce and peas for the remaining letters.
A - Almonds / P - Peanut butter / R - Rice milk pudding (not really low carb) / I - Iced chocolate, L - Anything with Lemon :)
