Part two.
From Ken at ABC.
“I do have a problem with the attitude that you have described in your post......that was how certain people used to behave before Sue and I were brought in to clean the place up and put a stop to such antics”
Sue was a moderator when you were in the wilderness, and long before your time. You were not even a forum member when Sue was doing an excellent Mods job. When Sue was doing a great job, no one had ever heard of you. It was admirable of you to thank me and others for your conversion when you did turn up. Forgive me, I digress.
Back to were I left off on my last post. Ken got the boot as a forum mod. His position was completely untenable. What a pity the loyal an competent Sue chose to fall on the sword with Ken. Surely Ken would take it like a man a call it a day. Not a chance. The clique of course were mortified. They realised without Ken they were no more than ordinary members. Gone was the man that could ban, thread lock and delete anyone that dared to speak against the anti lowcarbers. Sid lead a campaign to get Ken reinstated as a mod, but from over 30.000 plus members only a handful bothered to comment. Kens very few fans spoke in Kens favour. As a Mod Ken was yesterdays papers, consigned to the dustbin of history, a place were he belonged.
Ken was not banned as a member. He used his membership to ridicule and humiliate new forum mods and Benedict. When not posting vitriol on the forum, he hung out on Carob’s blog, puking more bile against people that had seen though him. He was a dead man walking in the forum community, and all but the intelligence impaired or lowcarb anti could see it. He returned on diabetes.co.uk as Albert and Angle Eyes and was swiftly banned. Gone but certainly not forgotten. Like the bad penny, he surfaces again. This time with his own forum. Still spreading the bile. Still attacking diabetes.co.uk, still attacking prominent low carbers and people that take on his old clique. His forum is as doomed as him. Is his forum a place for the newly diagnosed and people in trouble, or an extension of his days on diabetes.co.uk, and a one way ticket to Palookaville, time will tell.
Part three coming soon.

A repeat post but still relevant
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results - Albert Einstein
Angeleyes, Albert, Wrunkelt, Silver Fox, Cugila, Ken certainly does the same thing over and over again and never gets different results.
Sad really - does low fat lead to worrying personality traits? - will it all end in foul-mouthed tirades against his tormentors, deleting his posts and slithering into the cyber underworld only to return again as Vasegurt comicbook hero.

Yet again the Kenster has exposed himself as a complete idiot.
I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own
I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!"
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
It was the wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn't believe what I'd become
Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh who would ever want to be king?
No he hasn't........he's exposed himself that uses too many dots when he types.....how about.... we have a whip round....to buy him a new keyboard..... without a sticky full stop key...
Members of diabetes.co.uk will probably have never read the vile and foul-mouthed outpourings from Ken.
Believe me he is not the injured party he attempts to portray himself.
Graham has a copy of said outpourings, there are not suitable for publication on an open forum
