The Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) Another Black OPs outfit ?

From Dr Ann Prentice OBE PhD  On the payroll of GSK, Unilever, Jordan Cereals, Sainsbury's, Sugar Nutrition UK, oh dear !

"The Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) is an advisory Committee of independent experts that provides advice to the Public Health England as well as other government agencies and Departments. Its remit includes matters concerning nutrient content of individual foods, advice on diet and the nutritional status of people."
Almost every time you find an organisation that appears to be neutral and commenting on health and nutrition, junk food or big pharma are pulling the strings. As Graham's post illustrated last night the conflict of interest of the 'experts' is massive. How long do you think it will be before this mob reports a drastic reduction is needed of sugar and starches to restore the nations health and start winning the war against obesity and it's often linked type two diabetes. None too soon is my opinion, probably about a hundred years after Hell has frozen over. These outfits may fool most of the people, they certainly fool the low carb antis and carboholics, but they sure don't fool our blog readers.

More Black Ops outfits and pay masters.

Thank goodness their are those who are prepared to go that extra mile and dig deep behind the scenes to find out what is going on.

Can any of us truly afford not to take notice? Our health depends on knowing and not taking anything at face value.

All the best Jan

Oh for goodness sake - you don't get it do you. She is highlighting the carbs to protect her low carb business - which is sound business sense for her shame her products are poor!

It is you who does not get it !!!

Hannah found the info on the SACN which shows the huge conflict of interest, that is the story ! What you think of Hannah and her business is of no interest to me, our team or our readers.
