Maybe I ought to get out more.

Saw this yesterday and thought to myself, do they mean me. LOL 

Seriously, if I had spent the time I spend on the internet reading newspapers and blogging etc. exercising or running, I would be giving Usain Bolt a run for his money. I am getting to an age I would not buy green bananas, not that I have in the last eight years you understand, nothing like an overripe banana for sending a diabetics blood glucose sky high.

With the weather warming up any time soon, it's got to be out more and spend less time clicking that mouse. Time to get out on my favourite lake, or down on the South Coast fishing.
