Serves Four
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Yellow (white) Onion
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine (use whatever white wine you enjoy drinking for this, a chardonnay is nice)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup Heavy (double) Cream
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Chives
(Kosher) Salt + Black Pepper

I must google celeriac, never heard of it. Your 2nd recipe sounds good, looks good. I use lots of whole ground mustard for seasoning. It's good on pork and chicken. Thanks for the visit. I will add you to my blog log to make visiting easier.

Love chicken, so I really liked these recipes. And in answer to your last post I'm not addicted to my phone. It mostly lives at the bottom of my purse turned off. We use it primarily when we travel.

Hmmmm, wine and or mustard, that sounds yummy!
I love chicken and guess where I´m going to tomorrow! I prefer chicken breast, though, super-dry, too. Always kills the hubby when I say, "nooo, keep it on the bbq longer!" ;-)

They all sound good, but that first one reeeeally hits the button for me. So much so, I copied and pasted it and emailed it to myself. Which led me into a teensy rabbit hole... I had an email from my brother, so of course, I HAD to respond. Then a message from our older son... Well, you know how it goes. But I came back here to leave a comment. (Eventually... HA!) I'll definitely give that recipe a try, but (bad girl!) I'll probably leave the skin on...
