  10. red roasted carrots look tasty, I think colour is important in food and suspect there must be research out there on which colours we are drawn to depending on our bodies needs.

  14. We sometimes have roast vegetables as a main course. It makes such a nice change from our usual - fish or chicken. Aubergine, red onion, carrots, peppers & tomatoes all work well!

  20. Cauliflower is an under-rated vegetable, I think. We will be having it tonight, and I will make a cheese sauce to go with it. I have a lovely Pecorino romano on hand that I think will do nicely.
