Lisa has been a friend of ours for some time, she has a young type one diabetic son. He runs non diabetic BG numbers and HbA1c. Hypos are rare and he lives a very active life. This is a must watch video if you are a diabetic looking to control your diabetes on minimal meds, type two's may well be able to go nil medication following this lifestyle. Eddie
