Taking Time To Say Thank You

Would you believe we are now in May ... the weeks do fly by.

The low carb team have been busy working hard posting a wide selection of articles, and will continue to do so.

We enjoy ... presenting articles, news items, thoughts, recipe ideas, some music and even a cartoon every now and then for all to read. It is a mix which we hope includes something for everyone to read and enjoy!

We firmly believe in the LCHF lifestyle.

We would like to to say a big thank you to ALL our readers, and those who do take time to stop and leave a thought or comment, you are appreciated.

Included here are just a few thank you's from the many different countries who use this blog, with some apologies, because we know there are many languages that do not appear here.

THANK YOU to all.

merci, danke, tak, terima kasih, xie xie, grazie, dziekuje, obrigado, spasibo, gracias, tack, tesekkür ederim, do jeh, Дякую, thank you.

Good Luck and Good Health To All

From Jan, Eddie and Graham - 'the low carb team'

No thanks necessary. I don't live a low carb lifestyle nor am I diabetic but I enjoy your posts and recipes very much, it's us who should be thanking you.

I do enjoy your blog though I don't comment often. It is interesting and definitely full of information that I can use, to say nothing of the recipes.

Thank you to the low carb team for your lovely post! Thank you for the time you take to compile such comprehensive articles - which help us become more informed and knowledgeable about our health, nutrition and the bigger issues behind the scenes. You provide clear, evidence-based nutritional information, brilliant recipes, and insightful exposure of corruption in professional establishments, the food industry and big pharma. Your website has helped many people become informed about issues surrounding health, and you have shown that we can only trust ourselves to know and become more knowledgeable in nutrition, and to have our best interests at heart. In short - you website is an education into many aspects otherwise unknown to many - thank you Eddie, Graham and Jan! This website is pure gold xxx

Thank you the low carb team. I enjoy trying out the different recipes that Jan posts. The day out pictures of the grandkids are lovely too. I also appreciate my attention being drawn to the latest 'Improvements' on statins, other medicines and diet research. Cheers all!

Bit late to the party!
Just finished a slice of low carb strawberry cake! lol!

I am still here and still look at the blog from time to time. Looking back when I was first diagnosed with diabetes it was my wife who found out more about the low carb diabetic and since low carbing I haven't looked back. My figures went to and remain that of a non diabetic and I am indeed grateful for the better health and energy. I enjoy spending time with family and feeling good.

So my good wishes and thanks to all at the low carb diabetic.
Here's to your good health and many more good years of blogging.
