Cinnamon is a popular spice often associated with baked treats, cereals and smoothies. However, you may not have considered that the teaspoon of cinnamon that you add to your baked treats may be doing you more good than you realized. Studies have shown that cinnamon could assist with boosting brain function, fighting cancer, aiding in digestion, supporting weight loss and fighting diabetes.

I grilled peaches once, but they were too soft. I got the grill marks, but I also got mush.

We bbq'd some hamburgers the other night and I grilled some peaches to have with whip cream. They were good.

I am with Tom and would rather eat them fresh and raw. The addition of lime zest is a great tip though. Thank you.

My husband came home with a big bag of peaches this week and I was thinking "how are we going to eat them all when they are ripe"? This is a great idea to do with them. Yum!
