Top ten foods for magnesium


If you are low carbing keep way from bananas, beans and figs, go easy on the dark chocolate, the rest are cool, especially spinach and chard.

Eddie, sometimes it's best to check more than one site since a lot of them are vegetarian oriented. I googled magnesium rich foods and the first one I hit listed in #3 spot: Fish, especially mackerel.

I ardently agree with Horfilmania! those sites also don't take into account the ability of our systems to absorb and access the nutrients -- sometimes they're bound in such a way they don't do much good at all.
