It's not only a long nap this can happen - it happens to me sometimes after a short nap.

Who hasn't had it! when we were very tired we fell into the "arm of Morpheus" where worries and problems dissipate for a moment.
hehehehe...the hubs takes naps, i do not!! often when he wakes up he does not know if it is morning or night. what day it is?? i never sleep that soundly!!

No, I have not suffered an alien abduction...not that I can remember. BUT, there are days I have to sit and figure out what day it is...will have to get on google and ask what day it is or look at my phone. It usually happens when daughter has a long weekend.
