THANK YOU to all ...

Every now and again the low carb team takes time to say thank you ...

We enjoy, bringing you articles, news items, thoughts, recipe ideas, some music and even a cartoon every now and then for all to read. It is a mix which we hope includes something for everyone to read and enjoy!

We firmly believe in the LCHF lifestyle.

So a big thank you to ALL our readers, and those who do take time to stop and leave a thought or comment, you are appreciated.

Included here are just a few thank you's from the many different countries who use this blog, with some apologies, because we know there are many languages that do not appear here.

THANK YOU to all.

merci, danke, tak, terima kasih, xie xie, grazie, dziekuje, obrigado, spasibo, gracias, tack, tesekkür ederim, do jeh, Дякую, thank you.

Good Luck and Good Health To All

Thank you to you too. Although I don't follow a low-carb diet I still enjoy the recipes and trying some of them out. The great thing is that they can be adapted for other diets and tastes too.

Thank you both.
I consider I have a healthy lifestyle.
Coming here I have learnt a great deal about the value of food.
Although not diabetic I have used many of the recipes you offer.

I wish you both a happy and healthy rest of 2018

In Hungarian I would say, "Koszonom Szepen". There should be umlauts over the "o"s and a long accent over the first "e".
And I would mean it. I am diabetic and a follower of Dr. Bernstein and appreciate especially the recipes and research you publish here.

Thank you very much for all your hard work in helping us to stay healthy. It was very hard when we were on our European riverboat trip, but I tried.

So funny to send a message in this way in letters of vegetables.
Great and so nice.

Thanks to you all too for continuing to offer great advice along with friendship and humour (and the odd rant). Well done. I should add that for a person diagnosed as pre-diabetic back in 2011, I have had absolutely normal bloods ever since due to a low carb lifestyle. If I'd not changed I suppose I'd now be a diabetic statistic. Keep up the good work.
