Ok this is one super food that keeps me going (no pun intended) Linwoods Flax, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seed & goji berrie, pre milled. Very lowcarb, very high nutrients, and very high fibre. Around £5.50 for a 425gram pack. Keep in the fridge once opened. It makes fabulous bread and has a hundred and one uses. Don’t ever fall for the lowcarb diet means low fibre nonsense.

I use 30g of this with an equal amount of ground almonds with whole milk and a generous glug of double cream stir zap in the microwave for 1 minute, very tasty and minimal effect on BG. More fibre than carbo/tubs two slices of toast!

Eddie, it is always good to see and read a good variety of articles. When you look through the huge amount of news items, funny items and some items, sorry I don't bother reading. But the point is they are there should we want to and surely it doesn't matter whether there is one, none, one hundred comments. The important thing is to have a variety for everyone. We choose what we watch on the television, what we read in the newspapers and on your blog, other forums etc. You seem to have been a bit aggressive tonight, perhaps with good reason, as not all out there in the world wide web act with grace and politeness. I enjoy a wide reading choice and speaking personally I hope you keep up with a wide choice of articles. Your blog helps others unlike some out there.
