Don't think it needs solar flares to effect Sids brain.

Great cartoon by the way.

Why must you keep going on about Sid? He's only trying to keep the conversation and two sides of the story going.

What was it one of your commenters said the other day 'whatever happened to free speech'

HD.

"Why must you keep going on about Sid?"

Good question, because Sid pushes a diet that would be a complete no-no for most type two diabetics. 16 grams or cornflakes for breakfast, crumpets, bread and spuds. Fat he tells is highly dangerous, this for a man who supplements his meagre diet with chocolate digestives and celebration chocolates. All weekend he has been trying to defend the ludicrous dietary information pushed by the likes of DUK and the NHS. When the debate goes against him, and the debate was about carbs, he tells us “Eat more fat if you like but don’t keep telling me to please, it ain’t going to happen because 99.999% of the medical profession tell me that it is bad for my cardiovascular system” not true of course ! With out fats we would all die, and that’s a fact.

Anyway we don’t only comment on Sid. There are other Ken clique members we discuss. Talking of Ken, I see he is having a rave at a d.co.uk member on his crypt of a forum. By a strange coincidence, my good friend Phoenix is also commenting about the same member.

As someone once said “The Lord works in mysterious ways” And nowhere is more mysterious than inside a clique members head !

I don't think that Sid is an advocate of "free speech". Any attempt to talk about "Low Carb" or "Fat" will bring out Sid and his bully boys to try and spoil the discussion.

What's worse is that he won't accept any evidence or scientific fact that doesn't agree with his high-carb low-fat philosophy. This is why he continually makes a fool of himself.

He needs to learn his lesson. If doesn't want to get hurt, then he should keep away from the big boys.

This thread reminds me of the time when Disco Boy was attempting to defend his low fat diet.

Analysis revealed the possibilities that Disco Boy was:

(a) A young child
(b) An alcoholic
(c) A source of 'dark' energy.
