After a really hot summer, I think we are all ready to welcome fall. Your photos are lovely and I love carrots as a base in a soup. The cumin flavors pair so nicely with the carrots and of course apples just adds additional flavor and sweetness. Thanks for the recipe.

I love the colours of Autumn, but it has got very cold very quickly, which I do not like. Having said that its log burning season and I have a beef stew in the slo cooker for dinner tonight.
