So how worried should we be about microplastics, and can we change our food choices to limit our exposure?

The microplastics issue is scary. Good advice here!
I have heard this for a long time. I agree. I got rid of all my plastic containers. I use glass. I don't drink bottled water anymore. I don't heat plastic in the microwave. Thanks.
