MARGARINE’S THE BAD GUY AND BUTTER AND EGGS ARE THE GOOD GUYS.

BIG BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS HAVE CAMPAIGNED DECEPTIVELY AGAINST CHOLESTEROL, MEAT, EGGS, BUTTER AND OTHER TRADITIONAL FOODS, LEADING TO HUGE PROFITS FROM SALES OF POTENTIALLY MORE HARMFUL MARGARINE, REFINED FOODS AND TRANS-FATTY ACID PRODUCTS. SCIENTIFIC DATA CONTRADICTING THAT PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY WAS SUPPRESSED AND CENSORED FROM PUBLICATION FOR MANY YEARS. DR. ENIG AND SALLY FALLON NOW TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW THAT HAPPENED.

Another long read but well worth your time.

Butter does you more good and it tastes so much better than the margarine type spreads that seem to be taking over our supermarket shelves.
And what was the old saying 'go to work on an egg' sounds good sense to me.

PS I agree the long read was worth it - thanks

Yes, very interesting, I translated this for my parents. I still to this day see those flipping Mazola bottles standing around in my families kitchens, so healthy, so good for your salad dressing NOT. I still see all those blocks of margarine, so much better than butter for baking....How everyone ridiculed grandma who believed in doing things the old fashioned way, she insisted on using nothing but butter, lard and cold pressed punpkin seed oil (LOL it looks like engine oil but is super healthy)
Like most, they were brainwashed, my goodness, how we have moved on since, a quick, and steep learning curve, sadly many of us paid a price for this dangerous nonsense.

Couldn't agree more with your heading - butter and eggs are definitely the good guys in our household - they are always in the fridge/larder.
A very interesting read as is many on your varied blog.
