I was gonna say Hey Stan you are the man but Sten didn't quite rhyme BUT great to see the picture of you in those jeans, terrific.

Now I just wanna say thanks to all the low carb team here who have helped me SO much. Now in my second year of low carb and my blood test numbers are 5.2 YES that'll do!!!!!

Following the web site and then different articles here my diabetes is SO much improved well guess I mean MY control of it.

Did come in for some comments on ETYM when first following you all here some thought I was some one else I guess I never really understood SO continued gaily along MY way and MY choice.

Will I make 4.9 next time? Who knows but at 5.2 that will do LOL. I intend keeping my eye sight and my limbs what others do is down to them.

BUT thanks SO very very much.
Am off to see relations for a great bank holiday weekend hope you all have a good one

Thanks again Sal

(still low carbing, life is great)

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to comment. It’s posts like yours that keep us going. Your numbers are great. Non diabetic numbers should ensure you live a long, happy and active life. I will use your post often, to encourage others. Please keep in touch and updating us with your progress.

Good health and luck to you and yours.

From experience I see that diet/nutrition writers/authors use many csse examples of people who have been cured of health problems, weight, etc. I follow the low carb diet and moderate success. I would like to put the facts of my primary health concern and get input of people who may have had the same or similar concern. I'm not looking for a diagnosis from anyone, just case examples. I've been to doctors and they don't know what's going on. All my blood work appears to be normal. Anyway, is this possible on this blog site? Best regards, John
