I saw this picture yesterday and thought how delicious the fruit looked. It prompted me to buy some in my local supermarket today and I enjoyed a selection of fresh fruit with some double cream. It was gorgeous so thank you for giving me an excellent idea!

I agree you can't beat fruit, just focus on the lower carb berries.

Imade the sponge recipe and put a mixture of thes fruits in it, turned out lovely
