Looks like Jopar and the cherub are trying for the job, however they need to take note of Dans requirements which obviously counts them out.

Jopar was turned down for the job because a rudimentary grasp of the English language was a requirement.
In her favor, she's twice as good at Dutch than any Dutchman I know.
Don't know about vultures I think it could do with some wise owls.
