Dispelling more lowcarb myths, mood swings and cognitive disorders.
Many times we have been informed by so called experts, lowcarbing can lead to depression and cognitive disorder. Check out the lady who suffered from depression for years and how she was cured. Check out the chess players and see what carbs can do for concentration.

This is quite a long clip but well worth the watch.
For me it just re-emphasises that there is no finer or better way than low carb, whether you are a diabetic or not.
Do please watch it, and let us know what YOU think.
Very interesting points raised in this, well worth sitting and watching.
Again as the earlier comment says it does point to a 'low carb' diet works very well for all of us.

What a fascinating and eye opening video this is, it does give food for thought. I do not mean that as a 'pun' we do need to give serious thought to what we eat. Eating a lower carb and more natural not processed foods can only be good both in the short and more importantly long term.
