This warming and comforting baked dish is full of spinach, cream and crab. This recipe makes two very generous entrée portions if served with a salad, but you may prefer to divide it between three or four people and add a more substantial side dish ...
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10oz box/packet of frozen spinach
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy (double) cream
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons shredded/grated Parmesan
8oz. crab meat
salt and pepper
Each serving 7.2 g net carbs.

I often think of you when I visit my client. She has 7 kids, plus they have 6 spouses. I believe there are 9 of them with diabetes. sigh.

Such a delicious recipe. I really like crab and I haven't had it in the longest time.
What looks like another delicious dish. Thanks for sharing. X
Oh, this looks wonderful! Can't wait to try it.
Looks like real comfort food xx
This is something my husband might like, esp. if he can have pasta and French bread. He is stubborn and impatient about his food, which accounts for morbid obesity.
It does look good. And relatively easy too.
I'm not too sure about crab, perhaps I should give it a go and then I'd know one way or the other.
Looks a interesting recipe.
I would try that.
My mom says thanks Jan! Big Hugs!
