More drugs?
Anyone who believes more drugs is a better option than eating real whole, home cooked, fresh food, is probably on too many drugs already. The choice is yours.
My doctor recently persuaded me to take statins, I was reluctant but after quoting statistics about the risk of stroke and/or heart attack at my age I agreed. I don't like taking drugs, I persevere with a headache unless it gets very bad. I'm definitely a fan of meat, fresh fruit and veg
I take blood thinners for my irregular heartbeat and other than that I do eat very healthy. I don't care for drugs even when I get prescribed them. If they are for pain, I usually don't take them unless the pain is unbearable. What you eat is very important and does make a difference.
I NEVER thought I'd have to have one of those little pill organizer gizmos to keep track of my daily medications, but there it is. I dislike taking pills so much, I've been known to wean myself off of them against my doctor's orders, but absolutely... it's far better to eat healthy and stay off the drugs... whenever possible.
While accurate, I do feel the need to address that unfortunately some medication is necessary. Some diseases require medical assistance and some of us have also tried literally every option under the sun and 'at bay' is the best we can hope for.
I stay away from as many drugs as possible. Lots of allergic reactions in the past. Now good food.....that's something I can get behind, or should I say in front of!
i eat carbs and some sugar but in addition, i eat healthy, in my opinion. and yes, i take way too many pills to treat multiple sclerosis, with that said, i do believe they improve the quality of my life!!

No drugs, thank you. Just cake. Ok, ok, not cake! ;)
I wish I could replace rather a lot of my medication that way. Sometimes it feels as if I rattle.

It is a goal of mine to eat healthy enough that I might be able to get off my meds for cholesterol and blood pressure.

Nope ~ not a fan of medication ~ Medical world all too quick to hand out medications ~ there are, as you know, alternative ways ~

no drugs for me. Advil here and there but that's it.
I'll take eating healthy any day.

Always best to eat well, but sometimes with some diseases pills are required.
I choose the fresh vegetables and fruit.
It's delicious to eat and I hope it is healthier too.
Greetings, Marco
Luckily not drugs for me as yet, and I hope not to have to take them in future. I would rather eat well!
So much better to eat healthy foods for sure, and much less expensive! Happy Monday! RO
I agree. Good food and lots of exercise for me!
