"It all started with a book. A whimsically illustrated French children’s book about cooking, called La cuisine est un jeu d’enfants, or “Cooking is Child’s Play”. First published in French in 1963, a version that included both the original French and the English translation was published by Random House in 1965. I first stumbled upon this book a few years ago and have been buying up used copies wherever I can find them, as gifts for my young friends who like to cook."
I never get fed up looking at this fantastic site. So many fantastic recipes and food ideas. BTW, I never get fed up with a low carb lifestyle, how could I, it has put years of active life on me. Eddie

OOOOH!!! here I go, off to Abebooks.com, to try to find one for myself.... :-D
Hi Tess
And to think, some say low carb is boring, only dullards that want to eat out of a tin and slurp junk food eh.
Eddie
people who think low-carb is boring ... must not have taste-buds! they must be so sugar/starch addicted, they can get no pleasure from naturally-occurring foods. HOW can rib-eye steak be boring? boursin-stuffed mushrooms? oriental-spiced swiss chard? spaghetti squash with puttanesca sauce?
I will try it 100%!!! Probably, it could be served in the spinach bed or something similar.
Great idea Galina. Eggs nests served on a bed of creamed spinach, sounds good to me.
Enjoy your break in the great Mother Country.

Thank you,Eddie,
It is enjoyable, weather is perfect, and my son is having a good time too - went to a band festival to listen his favorite Great Britain musicians and met there two russian twin girls who were models.
I am still slightly off due to a jet lagging.
Thanks for all your comments Galina, much appreciated. Have a great time, talk again soon.
Eddie
