The world of diabetes, low carb and paleo was left totally stunned today, when Sid Bonkers posted up his lunch. For six years Bonkers has pushed ‘portion control’ and vilified fats at every opportunity. Never missing a chance to rubbish a low carb high fat diet, Bonkers has clearly seen the light.
At a hastily convened meeting at the Savoy Grill, the trustees of the Wallycorker Foundation could hardly believe the news. Roger ‘keto warrior’ Jenkins was clearly moved and struggled to keep back the tears, when he stated “who would believe Bonkers would join the low carb high fat community, and his lunch was even given the seal of approval by Noblyhead” UK forum regulars have suffered Bonker’s rants against low carb and high fat endlessly, but clearly he has done a 180 degree turn around.
Lord Beantipper was less impressed, “ Bonkers is a complete madman, this latest post is far too accomplished to be Sid’s handiwork, his DCUK account must have been hacked, by a low carber, there is no other explanation, and liked by Nobhead, don’t make me larf, it’s got to be a spoof”
Meanwhile Eddie Mitchell, one of the worlds leading Low Carb cyber terrorists was found recovering at his local A and E Hospital. Evidently after reading Sid’s post he had some kind of seizure and collapsed face down into his computer keyboard. Talking from the recovery ward, his voice an almost inaudible croak, said “ I have seen things you would not believe, but I never thought I would live to see Sid posting sound dietary information, Good grief Sid’s lunch is exactly what we have been telling diabetics to eat for over six years”
Eddie is expected to make a full recovery, when asked by a reporter “ if there was any truth in the rumour that Sid will be joining the Low Carb Diabetic team as head of dietary information”, he shouted a long list of expletives and head butted a Daily Mail hack unconscious.

You got it wrong Sid was true to his low fat portion control diet, the meal was divided up in to seven small portions after cooking six were frozen for use at a later date.
