All are welcome to join. All I and BF and the Sheep ever wanted was to get an eat to your meter message out to a wider audience. I really don't care what regime anyone follows as long as it keeps people safe and healthy.
I want a place where adults can have a rational debate about the pros and cons of all things diabetic.
Within the surrounding context of being safe within "Eat to your meter" as far as I'm concerned you can talk about whatever regime works for you so long as you don't insist its the only way people should do things as different people have different circumstances.
If that appeals to you then come join the superstars if it doesn't then don't.
