After receiving up to 5000 page views a day on this blog over the last week, and getting few views on what we call the captain sensible blog, we are pressing ahead with this blog. Today it’s a few pics of two of my grandchildren, lowcarbers of course. Tomorrow it's back to kicking butt. Look in tomorrow for the latest on an MP who has his nose deep in the trough of greed, and why he believes diabetics deserve all they get and brought it on themselves.

Dear Chap/Chapess/Other, this blog even when we did not post for a few days was still receiving 4000 to 5000 + hits per day from around the globe, we decided rather than spend time buiding the other blog up we may as well continue here. However you may notice a slight change of tack.

I think you are getting a wee bit confused here sunshine could be the lack of fat and to many carbs in your diet! We have been banned from the quiet forum which looking at now has 7 registered members (13 if you count the Bots) out of over 45000 members, whereas the the ETYM forum has 10 registered members out of just 136 members

Yes probably was as it is such a source of fun - I like to see the ridiculous topics and arguments - cannot bear you though!
I agree its great source of fun, with some excellent topics, the arguments just add a bit of spice - I think you guys are doing a brilliant job.
