PS I can't find no trace of the 'University of Carmarthens' existence anywhere on the web-care to steer me to it and yourself via a hyperlink? you have a lot to say but never offer your credentials or a convincing argument against carb restriction for diabetics-your '£2 a day' challenge/ argument is laughable and about as relevant as asking for us to provide a Dodo egg!
