Hello Jan,
Thumbs up on this Chicken Salad! It looks delicious. You know, I’ve been blogging now for a while, starting my 12th year in 2022. Over all that time I’ve been lucky to find some really neat blogs and get to know some really kind bloggers, like you and Eddie. Anytime I click over here to the Low Carb Diabetic I find some good healthy information and/or a wonderful recipe like this Chicken Salad. On top of all that, I always appreciate your visits and comments to my blog. When you find people who will take the time to leave a thoughtful comment … that is really the icing on the cake when it comes to blogging. So, thank you for your recent comment. I trust you are ready for a transition to fall and, especially, some cooler weather. Sometimes, over this past summer, I’ve felt like I was living right next door to the UK. Your weather has been on our evening news very often. It sounds like Climate Change is hitting Europe hard and it is doing the same here in the Western US. Thanks for sharing your blog and I send wishes for a happy week ahead to you and Eddie! John
