I do love eggs! Yum.
This is a wonderful omelette recipe. We often make omelettes on the weekends, my husband especially loves sweet peppers in them. I hope you are doing well, and having a lovely summer! Many blessings to you Jan!
Yum. Though I prefer my capsicum raw and would skip the ham.
...this looks great.
Not only looks delicious but pretty too.
That looks amazing :-D
That sounds good.
I had something similar last week. I didn't have ham but added feta cheese.
We often eat omelettes for an easy supper. Whatever is in the refrigerator veggie wise goes into our omelette. And I always add cheese!
