December is often the month for warming soups ... four suggestions

Here in the UK the weather is beginning to turn cooler,
and I find my thoughts turning to warming soups such as:

a fresh and simple tomato soup recipe with the welcome addition of onions, carrot and celery.

Creamy Cauliflower Soup
easy, rich, tasty and low carb

Dear reader, not all the recipe suggestions featured in this blog may be suitable for you. If you may have any food allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. If you are a diabetic and not sure how certain foods may affect your blood sugars, test is best, i.e., use your meter. If you have any concerns about your health, it is always advisable to consult your doctor or health care team.

All the best Jan

Ironically, I made chicken noodle soup today. I even made my own noodles. My recipe didn't use oil or yogurt, but it turned out pretty good. Thanks for all these recipes.
