add some lovely Brussels Sprouts flavoured with some shaved Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients:
4 servings
1¼ lbs (600 g) fresh Brussels sprouts
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
Salt and pepper
3–4 oz. (100 g) shaved Parmesan cheese
See cooking instructions here
you may also like to serve a few roasted celeriac chunks
just cut celeriac into rough-shaped chunks and roast for around 40 minutes
and how about a slice of lime and vanilla low carb cheesecake for dessert
see recipe here
What a perfect combination for a Sunday Dinner
Now the word 'Yum' comes to mind
Enjoy your day

Inspiration! I am going to make those grilled brussel sprouts today!
Looks like a delicious meal, I am not a very good cook, but over 30 years of marriage my husband has learned to like what I make, LOL! Thanks for your birthday wishes!
this would make an insanely awesome easter dinner!!! have a wonderful weekend you guys and many thanks for all the very kind and personal comments you leave at my place!!!
Hello, this looks like a yummy Sunday dinner to me. Thanks for sharing! Have a happy weekend!
Cool brussel sprouts recipe!!!
Gentle Spring hugs,
Tessa
All so delicious! Your home must smell wonderful all the time!
Roast beef is my favourite Sunday dinner, though we rarely have a roast on a Sunday so we have it on a different day of the week.
Definitely making the cheesecake to satisfy my need for desert, merci beaucoup Jan.
Jan, you left out the bottle of wine.
I'll bring a red.
Ben
The beef looks yummie but no sprouts if you don't mind. I like the cheesecake idea. I'm off to Knott End chippie in a minute or two - our very occasional treat of haddock, chips and mushy peas.
A proper meal, Jan. I love Brussels Sprouts.

Yum on the good eats. Even if I cannot eat most of it. Still, looks darn good.
