April ... I like your recipes but where did you go ?

Where has April gone? I find it hard to believe that today is the last day of the fourth month - but it is!

I thought for this post I'd have a play on the letters that make up April, and choose a favourite food from each! So starting with:-

A … it's got to be Avocado

Avocado on a plate, some LCHF recipes, more details here

P … I will choose Pork

Pork Casserole Rustic Style, it's a favourite recipe, more details here

R … it will be Raspberry

Raspberry Cream Cheese Mug Cupcake, it's low carb and delicious, more details here

I … not so easy but Iced Tea

Sugar Free Iced Tea, more details here

L … it's got to be Lemon

Italian Lemon Cake, it's low carb, more details here

Why not share your favourite choice of A  P  R  I  L foods in the comments ...

Dear reader, this blog is presented in a magazine style - we hope something for everyone. You will find a variety of articles, studies, thoughts, photographs, cartoons, music and recipes!

However, not all the food and recipes ideas featured in this blog may be suitable for you. If you may have any food allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. April has gone by quickly, and has yet seemed so long. A fun way to present a collection of recipes. The lemon cake looks tempting.

I would totallyagree with your choices other than iced tea. To me, that's an example od an oxymoron. I would choose iceberg lettuce.

Love your creative approach.
I am a big fan of avocado, raspberry and lemon. I will go with iceberg lettuce and peas for the remaining letters.

Many thanks for your comment and question.
The recipe asks for 6.2 ounces (175g) of Almond Flour, there are some conversion charts on this link which should be helpful

Happy Baking

All the best Jan

These all look wonderful. My blood sugar has been great since I’ve given up most desserts and definitely not eating them at dinner.
