From an original idea here
Turmeric is a spice with a strong, earthy flavour that's often used in curries and other Indian dishes. It has received a lot of attention for its content of the powerful anti-inflammatory nutrient curcumin. Turmeric is effective at reducing the inflammation related to arthritis, diabetes and other diseases.
nothing to do with a seeded turmeric loaf!
But I happened to see some yellow crocus yesterday, very similar to these …
Spring is coming !

I've not have turmeric before.
I'd have to leave the turmeric out since I don't like the flavor.
Turmeric is healthy, has a beautiful, yellow color, and adds terrific taste to food. Your loaf sounds delicious!
Spring is surely on its way here, too! :-)
Greetings from London.
Catarina asks "That yellow bread looks really good. Does it taste good as well?"
Hello Catarina, it is a nice savoury loaf and a little butter, e.g. Kerrygold, on a slice is tasty too :)

Intriguing, unique recipe. I love a great healthy snack. We try to sneak tumeric in when it works. It is so healthy and never overwhelming.
This looks interesting, I like a nice bit of seed cake xx
This sounds interesting! I have to admit, I don't like turmeric.

Many thanks for both your comments.
This is more of a savoury loaf, and many enjoy it sliced with a little butter (like Kerry gold) spread on it.
If you do try it please let us know what you think …
