Tuna : Terrific for Low Carb Meals !

Tuna is a good source of protein and may be enjoyed for lunch or dinner; I do find that canned tuna can make a great low carb meal. If you use canned tuna try to choose high-quality, MSC - labelled tuna fish - which stands for the Marine Stewardship Council Fisheries Standard, so you know it’s certified sustainable.

The tuna casserole looks delicious. I haven't had that dish since I was a child. My mother made it and salmon patties all the time. Have a great weekend!

The tuna salad looks good, but I would replace the mayo with Ranch dressing. I have eaten a lot of tuna lately.

Delicious tuna recipes Jan, we had chilli tuna last night, yum. Have just been looking back over recipes I might have missed.. made me want to get into the kitchen and start cooking, will have to hold that until tomorrow as we're off out for dinner. Hope you both have a really good weekend ✨

I totally agree with you - tuna is a terrific, low carb, low calorie meal!
I eat it often, usually in the salad form with veggies, (especially tomatoes and red onions). or as burgers. I sometimes make some burgers, and it's delicious.
Tuna is recommendable by all to all.

How good is the tuna Jan !! That salad has to be delicious. I really like tuna, in the salad, in the Russian salad, only with tomato and pepper ... etc ...
the other dishes are also delicious. Thank you so much for sharing it.
I wish you a very nice weekend, big hugs,
Caty

The zoodle recipe will come in handy as it looks like we'll have quite a few zucchinis from the garden.

Salad looks yummy. My cherry tomatoes finally started to come in TOGETHER! I was getting one here, one there, one everywhere but not enough for a good salad. Finally! Burgers look great. I actually cooked some last week and ate like that, trying to cut some bread out. Not a fan of tuna, esp warm tuna. Have a great weekend.

We eat tuna --at least once a week, usually in a salad similar to what you show here. I've never put zucchini in it though --so I'll have to try that.

Thanks so much for your informative posts, and recipes and thoughts... Means a lot to me!!!!

Have a great week.
Hugs,
Betsy

Just reading your recipes I realize I have loads of tuna here and none of the other ingredients. I'll be reviewing this one next time I head home and make sure I bring them back with me.
