My local co-op sells the Four Sigmatic products, and I tried a free sample they offered one day. The flavor was not much different than regular coffee, and after reading about the benefits here I may try swapping it in for my regular coffee occasionally. The cost is a bit higher than my usual brew, so it won't be a complete replacement.

The more i have educated or at least heard my son who is highly educated on mushrooms the more I appreciate the idea of them. I do have mushroom tea here and there. He cultivates mushrooms and makes tea bags for me, very low dose so I only feel extremely relaxed. There are a few he has sent which has a bit more in them and he said i might want to try them - so far i haven't.
