There has been so much on the news here in TN about the do's and don'ts and what we have been told about food. The big thing is that milk is not really good for you anymore. It is crazy....but common senses pretty much tells you how to eat I think.....thanks for stopping by my blog. You are always welcome! Thanks also for the great comment about loving my blog! As you are no doubt aware from the title of the blog we live the low carb high fat lifestyle, and do include some milk in our menu plans! Of course food and drink choices are always down to the individual ...
