This salad looks so yummy. Love avocados, but it's hard to find a good one here in the city.

I don't like avocado but the rest of it looks yummy.

Substituting green beans for the peas would make this Keto friendly. You had me at bacon.

Yummy! Of course I would use soy bacon. We are attempting to grow avocados from seed. It doesn't seem to be going well! They are expensive here.

The salad look delicious. The avocados look big and nicely ripened unlike what we get here but I buy and eat them any way ;-)

This sounds delicious but I would leave out the peas. My 'system' does not tolerate them. The rest of it? Delicious!!! xo Diana

I have everything but the chicken! Something inspired by this will be in my future today...Perhaps hard-boiled egg? Perhaps salmon?

Avocados are one of my favorite fruits. I love to eat them plain, too. Loved the 20 tips, and one your mixed media and fabric readers might enjoy is the skins and seed can be cut in pieces, cooked, then strained to make the most beautiful pink dye for fabric.

Beautiful spring flowers to brighten my snowy day, Jan.
