Sounds tasty though I'd leave out the Jalepeno. I don't like hot/spicy.
almost a quiche but sounds terrific, love those peppers
I have never tried putting jalapenos in frittata before. That is a delicious idea!
I love a good frittata.
I imagine that could get spicy.
Sounds wonderful! Lovely rich recipe.
Oh, boy. I don't think I can eat just one piece...

Not sure about the jalapenos but yum to a frittata.
Here is another meal I have never tried...and it looks amazing!
I'm not sure about the jalapenos though...I tasted one once and my mouth burned for 24 hours! Lol
Have a great weekend! 😊😊
Yummy! Happy Sunday to you.
It sounds tasty, Jan. However I doubt if is it necessary so many eggs? maybe less?
It does look delicious. I'm not a huge fan of Jalapeño peppers though and probably would substitute them.
I like jalapenos and this sounds delicious! I haven't ever made a frittata- but I am glad you said they are easy. :)

I will definitely have to make this. Thanks for posting!
Today, for my lunch, I had a vegetable and cheese frittata. :)
I'll go and look at the recipe as it looks delicious, but I'll have to leave the jalapenos out, as I don't like spicy food. Thanks Jan.
Hmmm, sounds very yummy! I´ll try a pan-version, though ;-)
I used to love making this kind of thing. I saw one on a movie I was watching and drooled!!!
Great one.

Hello Nadezda
Many thanks for your comment and question.
This is a tasty recipe, some people find it a little too hot and they reduce the number of jalapeños.
With regard to eggs - seven (medium size) eggs seems to work well (on a serving for six people) but depending on the size of your eggs you could try reducing it to six …
This frittata makes a great low carb meal when served with the salad.
If you should try it please come back and leave your thoughts and feedback...many thanks.
All the best Jan
