I love flowers. I have some fake ones around my place.
Those are beautiful. I never seem to buy flowers for myself. My neighbor used to pick up a bunch of flowers when she went grocery shopping. Maybe I should give that a try.

I agree with you - flowers are a great mood elevator! I love having fresh flowers in the house, and at this time of year, cutting them from the garden.
Your bouquet is lovely. If I want flowers, I can pick them from my garden. I can't imagine my friend who is now doing my grocery shopping picking out a bouquet of flowers for me at my request.
My daughter broke her ankle and tibia, laid up on the couch, seeing the bone doctor tomorrow. I sent her some flowers and she finds them a reminder of our love.
