I am a huge cheese fan. Indeed if it was not for my love of cheese I think I would be a vegan...

Cheese is my favorite food. Years ago, I used to live on cheese, which was not very healthy, now I include it with the rest of a healthy diet.

Loving these ideas. I need to buy cheese that is low in lactose basically 0.1g or less per 100g of carbs/sugars. There is a decent selection for me out there but need to make sure they are veggie friendly too!
