Crunchy Berry Mousse : A low carb / keto dessert

Looking for a low carb/keto dessert, how about this one?

Crunchy Berry Mousse
this simple low carb/keto dessert is just delightful.
It's one that the whole family (and friends) can sit down and enjoy.
The combination of berries, cream and pecan nuts with a touch of citrus ... delicious,


Ingredients
Serves Four
240 ml double (heavy) whipping cream
45 g mixed berries fresh or frozen
25 g chopped pecan nuts
¼ lemon the zest
1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Three low carb berries
Strawberries 6 grams of carbs per 100 grams
Blackberries 5.1 grams of carbs per 100 grams
Raspberries 4.6 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
For a quick and easy dessert -
just place a few in a bowl and enjoy them with some double (heavy) cream

I picked blackberries on a hike last weekend and I'm planning to go berry pickin' again tomorrow. I made a blackberry crumble. Oh my...it is SO good! I froze most of it so that I wouldn't eat it all at one time! haha! Thanks for this recipe!
