Thanks for the recipe! I just bought a cinnamon cake last night but it isn't a low carb recipe so this is timely.

I like cinnamon but my son has an aversion to it because, according to him, when he lived in New York it was added to everything. That cake looks very tempting.

It looks really good!! I could probably use monk fruit by Splenda for a sweetener. Absolutely No Aftertaste! Love the stuff.
Happy weekend!

Dear Jan,
"I'm sure it was only Monday yesterday and now Friday is here!” You are so right, time is flying by for sure! As I write this comment it is nearly 6PM in the UK and so Friday is almost gone as well. What a delightful post you have for us with Cinnamon Tea Cake! ๐Ÿ˜Š Love the happy Friday flowers and the cake looks absolutely delicious. The only thing that could make this all better is if I could be there with you and Eddie to enjoy cake and tea. Thank you for the recipe! I will be copying it to a file of recipes I keep that are from The Low Carb Diabetic. This weekend, in the USA, we will (most of us at least) be switching over to Daylight Time on Sunday. Google tells me you’ll be on Standard Time until the 31st. Wishing you and Eddie a fine weekend. Thanks for sharing The Low Carb Diabetic and for your kind comments on my blog. Thanks again for the cake and tea! ๐Ÿ˜Š
John

Hello Mari, many thanks for your comment and question.

Swerve Sweetener is a sugar substitute that has zero calories and does not raise your blood sugar. It’s made from natural ingredients and can be used for baking.

Thanks for that recipe, that sounds delicious. I can just imagine how good that would taste with a few cups of my Oolong tea.

Oh . . . and thanks for sharing what you did about Oolong tea over at my place, and typing out that link so I can read more about its benefits. I am going to check that out.

I have been drinking Oolong tea for years, it is one of my favorite teas.
