I can't honestly say that I avoid everything under those categories but I would say I manage to avoid 80 percent of it. It has certainly improved my health.

You still have that Paleo hang up about seed oils, virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil available in every supermarket in UK. Not industrially processed, produced on local farms so not Big Agra high omega 3 to 6 ratio, what's the problem? You used to have a packet of linseeds (flax) on your healthy foods to eat picture, if lard is OK and olive oil OK why not virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil?

We use olive oil & coconut oil, butter and lard. Thanks for sharing the chart. Have a great day!

You are correct, I do list flax seeds as a healthy food, and lard is a great fat, olive oil wonderful. I am aware of cold pressed rape seed oil (canola) but most canola flogged over the years has not been cold pressed. Most canola oil is an abomination, and check out the short vid linked below would you consume this filth? I think not.

BTW are you a canola salesperson, only asking.

We evolved on a ratio of Omega 6: Omega 3 somewhere between 1:2 and 4:1. Modern diets especially low fat diets are more like 20:1 or 30:1.
Both are "essential" fats but not in the current quantities or ratios.
I've tried cold pressed rapeseed oil because I know the farmers that produce it. Frankly I'm not fond of the flavour compared to EVOO or coconut oil.

If you can put it in a truck and the truck starts, it is NOT food (J Stanton)
