Red a vibrant and cheerful colour ...

I wonder, have you a favourite 'something' that is red?

All the best Jan

I'm a big fan of the colour red. Looking forward to some lovely home grown red tomatoes, they seem like a long way off at the moment though.

Of course. So many good things are red. Not something we think about until someone points it out. My chilli peppers will be red soon - just green at the mo.

Hi Jan, Oh, your grandchildren are so sweet! I love all the reds that you have featured here. My husband is especially fond of bell peppers. My favorite RED is an apple, of course! Have a happy weekend.

Well you know Jan, red is one of my very favourite colours, there's rather a lot of it around here starting with the front door :) Happy weekend.

I love red. Eat peppers and radishes like candy fresh from the garden. Was just working in my compost/worm pit. I have volunteer tomatoes, watermelon, cucumbers and a Cabbage!!! I am excited to see what happens. We always have the cherry tomatoes or as we call them "Tommy toes"

And since you like red, the red behind the photos in my post is the new color of the house with my Oops! paint. It really pulls the reds and browns from the sandstone.

Thank you.

Father's Day here Sunday so I say to all the fathers and grandfathers...Have a great one!

Have you seen the "flash bell peppers"? I bought some in the grocery store a couple of weeks ago--a combination of red and yellow bell peppers.

Hi Jan
I'm not a red person particularly but do love the red sweater on your grandson and the two in a red car. Red fruits and veggies are an important part of my diet and as for my favourite red item....the red cardinals that visit our bird feeders year round.

Such lovely photos of red beauties, Jan. I especially like seeing your grands in that great car! Red is my favorite color so this post is most enjoyable to me. We were lucky to see one of your lovely robins when we were in England last year. He's smaller than our robins, but oh so adorable. Have a great weekend. ♥

Poppies are just the prettiest flower.
I like raspberries too. We bought a big punnet of cherries today for £2, my daughter was thrilled!
