¾ cup (180 ml) heavy (double) cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ – 1 garlic clove, minced or finely chopped
3 oz. (100 g) blue cheese, feta cheese or other (flavourful) cheese of your liking
