It is gluten-free, grain-free, and only 3 net carbs per slice. It is a healthy, sweetener-free banana bread that will be a hit with the whole family.
Yes, a medium-sized banana does have around 24 grams of carbs, but in this recipe, included are high protein eggs and almond flour so that only a small amount of banana is included in each portion.

Banana bread can keep for 1-2 days on the countertop, but by keeping it in the fridge it will last for up to 1 week in an airtight container. You can also slice and freeze this healthy, low-carb banana bread for a month or more. Take out a slice when you need it!"

I love banana bread, always make it when my bananas go brown.
...now that's something to try!
I love banana bread!!! Thanks Jan! Big Hugs!
I'm too lazy...and almond flour is too expensive...so I'll stick to my banana smoothies.
This does look like a delicious treat, though! :)
Gracias por la receta, se ve genial, La harΓ© pronto te mando un beso
LOVE your sunny daffodils. I am not a fan of banana bread - perhaps because I will only eat them willingly before they are fully ripe.
Sounds good!
Bananas are a favourite around here. Banana bread too.
God bless.
Thanks for the recipe. I bought some almond flour recently for a recipe that I ended up using pulverized almonds for instead. Looks like I'll be making some banana bread :)
Thanks for your never ending recipes, appreciate them...love the daffodils. xx
I've always liked banana bread.
I also like bananas.
Incidentally in my country bananas are very easy to find.
I imagined the delicacy of banana bread with this medium carbohydrate measure.
I like bananas so much.
I haven't made banana bread yet, it seems delicious.

I was just thinking about a banana bread recipe. I have a feeling I'm going to need one soon as I have too many bananas!
And I still have all those bananas in the freezer! πΊ
Sounds delightful! Valerie
This post couldn't have come at a better time. I have over-ripe bananas. Bread it is! Thanks.
Sounds good - I saved this recipe. Thanks.
This sounds really good. I am gonna start low carbs. BUT I don't eat meat or fish and am lactose intolerant! I have a good few options though, so looking forward to it.
I avoid buying bananas because my husband wolfs them down and they are so caloric, but I will have to buy a few to make this low carb banana bread for sure, lol.
Thanks Jan
It's been ages since I made banana bread! The daffodils are a cheering sight :)
